1 Connect the handheld device to

the computer’s USB port. The

Synchronization Setup Wizard will

appear.

2 Click the Next button.

3 Uncheck the check box next to

Synchronize directly with a server.

4 Click the Next button.

5 Uncheck all the check boxes except for the

check box next to Files.

6 The File Synchronization window will

appear. Click OK.

7 Click the Finish button.

Microso ActiveSync

is for use with

Windows XP and

Windows 2000

operating systems.

A new folder will

be created on the

computer to store the

synchronized ﬁles.
